Tomato Leaves Turning Brown or Black: What It Usually Is (and Isn’t)

Tomato leaves turning brown rarely mean what you first assume. One grower, samman, spotted a leaf or two starting to dry out, turning black around the edges. A recent planthopper problem nearby made disease the obvious suspect.
